There was a knock at the door today. Erica answered it and there was a little lady with a clipboard standing behind this mass of foilage asking for an autograph. Hercules was going nuts, I was holding a fussy baby and Erica didn't really know what to do. I signed with one hand while she tried to take the flower only to find out they weigh like 40lbs. and are way beyond anything she should be touching until she has a chance to recover some more.
I passed the baby off to her and moved the potted house plant with fresh cut flowers into the house. When the flowers fade we have a nice little ficus tree that can grow right along side Wade, if Erica doesn't kill it first. The picture does not do it justice.
