Wade had his first play date with his friends "Oatmeal & Carrot" this afternoon. He has been eating solids for a little while but had yet to play with his food. Well today was that day! He was finishing up his food and kept reaching for the spoon and bowl, so I decided to let him discover the feeling of the cereal and carrots between his little fingers. It got really messy... really fast and got more of it on his face and shirt than his hands, but that is all part of his learning process. But don't get me wrong this is not an everyday thing!
Never the less it was a great picture opportunity!!!
