Baby Signing Time....OK....Adult Signing Time! Plus We Put a Little Rhythm In Our Core!!!

Yesterday the girls, Kurston, Jemmo, and little Annie, came over to make homemade pizzas! After eating pizza and roasting S'mores on the stove (GHETTO I KNOW, but they are SO delicious) we sat down and the girls got into learning some baby sign language. Wade love, love, loves his baby signing time, but who knew two grown women would be so captivated by it. Here is what they learned!!SCRATCHY GRASS!THEY'RE STROLLING!!AGAIN! (NOTICE :Kurston is concentrating VERY hard!)STOP!!!!!STAR!!!EWWW......THAT'S A SCARY BUG!A VERY SCARY BUG!A STUPID BUG!And a PSYHCO BUG!
After signing for a little bit we did some Core Rhythm's! I had never done it before so it was a little awkward & difficult to get a hang of. Or maybe I was just awkward one!?!Ok, maybe Kurston was the awkward one! hahahaWe were starting to get the hang of it!!!!.............1,2,3,4...........1,2,3,4
Now we get to break it down!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! low,low,low,low.................
Front & Back..........Front & Back..............
Wade was totally pooped after 1 nap and such a fun filled day with mommy & her crazy friends!!!!! Too bad little Annie missed out on all the fun! She was taking her own nap almost the whole time!

While waiting for daddy to get home from work yesterday Wade & I went out front to play. He has NEVER put his little feet in the grass! It was pretty funny to see the expressions on his face!!! He really did not know what to think about the pokey-ness of the grass. See for yourself!

"Ummmm.......?""Ewwwww......I don't like it!" He makes this scrunchy nosed face when he gets mad or frustrated!!! Which he was because I would not pick him up! Then he fell and realized more grass was touching him!"Hey, this stuff isn't that bad.....""No, No, No.....I don't like it.....Not at all!"
(Notice he is trying to pick up his feet so he doesn't have to touch the grass...so funny!)

He cant stand up with out using something to get him up right, so he did the "Elephant Walk" till he was over to me!!"Momma I want to go inside....."

If The Shoe Fits...

Since Wade is really getting the hang of walking we thought today we would go buy his first pair of real walking shoes!!! We picked up Papa Sky and Grandma Marian to go shop at Stride Rite and have an early dinner at Que Pasa! Long time friends of Jeremy own Stride Rite at the Market Place. They always bend over backwards to take care of their customers and we got nothing less. It's the best place to find the super wide Wade sized shoes. Wade got his not so little feet sized and the results are in .... He has a size 5 Triple Wide! Wade tried on quite a few pairs. And for never really wearing shoes he walked really well in them! Option # 1Option # 2Option # 3

This is the shoe we picked! Actually this is the sandal we picked!! After finding the perfect shoes, Wade walks out of the store a new little boy!!!

Then we went to Que Pasa for some dinner. Wade and Grandma Marian stopped and looked at the water fountain! Wade loves the water!!!

After our day spent at The Marketplace we went to the mall. We started at Sears because I needed a car battery. While we were waiting for Jeremy and Sky to get the battery, Marian and I went to look at more shoes! The mall was really crowded but we ended up at Journey Kidz. Wade tried on a few more pairs of shoes and walked all over that store too! We found these super cute and very stylish Etnies! Thank you to Papa Sky and Grandma Marian for the shoes!!!
